Pros and cons of Lyrics View app for iPhone and iPad

Lyrics View app good for

Great app, finally a replacement for the old iPod app lyrics display on iPad.
Lyrics View funktioniert super. Lyrics View is great! It solves this problem with the non showing Lyrics. I am very pleased that some clever Head has solved the Problem :-) Thanks to the developer! So guys, load Lyrics View and all your Lyrics will be shown within this app, its great! The only sad thing is, that apple was not able to solve the Problem, but at least it is solved for me.
Theres no Lyrics on actually song if i played! In a recent song lyrics are not shown to me!
Since Apple had the bright idea to remove the possibility to view our lyrics that are include in the metadata file from iTunes, this is a workaround for the time being As you know since the OS 5 arrive you can no longer see your lyrics on your iPad 2, not even on the new iPad So this will do he job In the mean time we all hope that Apple will give us that feature back, since I found unacceptable that you purchase a device with some features and suddenly the manufacture take them away from you
Since the new iPad has disabled the Lyrics Viewing function, this app comes in handy. Its probably just my personal preference, but I like to sing along with the song while listening to music. I got annoyed when I found out new iPad doesnt show lyrics anymore.
Here are two improvements that can make it even better: -assign a font size to each song individually. Depending on the length of the lyrics, we should be able to adjust the font size to fit entirely on one page. And since the lengths differ greatly from a song to another... -add an auto scroll feature like the one we can find in some tablatures and chords pages. I use Lyrics View when I am rehearsing with my band and I often play an instrument (guitar, bass or keyboard) while singing. It is impossible for me to scroll manually to adjust the lyrics at the same time. Again, the speed of scroll should be adjustable and specific to each song, since not two songs have the same length and tempo. I hope these suggestions will help in the future development of this very nice app.

Some bad moments

Downloaded this app and it doesnt have the words to ANY songs on my iPad! Total waste of money.
I tried this app with dozens of popular classic songs and none of them had lyrics in the database. I wish I could get my money back. Its a rip off !!!
No volume control application, not an option to return back to when you go to the list of songs.
how can i play a playlist from the music player and stil get lyrics from the ID3? should i add a list of songs and then play song advancing one song at a time?
You cant turn off shuffle or repeat, no landscape menu, the lyrics overlap the menus, and no option for multiple rows on the ipads bigger screen.
I just downloaded Lyrics View and was very pleased to find something that would access the lyrics embedded in my iPad and allow me to view them while the song was playing. However, now that Ive worked with it a bit Im very frustrated. Pressing the music icon sends one to Songs and there is no way to switch it so that it displays Artists or Albums instead by default. Also, it doesnt play all the songs on the album, and its hard to select the song you want to play. In the original iPad music app, the album plays through automatically, and you can highlight a song and then play it immediately. With Lyrics View a song is highlighted but often a different one plays. If you press the forward or backward button the music stops, and then pressing the play arrow results in a song from an unrelated album playing. An additional issue is that the control panel bar obscures the first few lines of the lyrics, unless you press the screen, and the title of the song isnt displayed. Also, what do the blue plus signs by each song mean, and why does it continue to offer Add All when all songs have already been added? There needs to be a manual or a help page to guide the user. Pauser Pro, although not without its own frustrations, seems to be a better app for the purpose.
